By booking a photography session with Anna Kubrynska – Madej (the Photographer) you (the Client) agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership and Copyright

Anna Kubrynska – Madej owns Copyright and all other rights of the Photos (photographies, digital image files, negatives) taken at all times. The Photographer asserts the right to be credited as the author of the Photos in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any unauthorised reproduction of any Photos will constitute a breach of copyright.

2. Pricing

The Photographer reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are in sterling (£, GBP).

The correct price for photo services are stated on the booking form.

Non – refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is required before final delivery of the images.

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation/Force Majeure

If the Photographer must cancel the photography session or in the unlikely event of total photographic failure an alternative date will be offered where possible, if not possible any payments will be fully refunded. The Photographer will not be responsible for costs in order to stage re-shoots.

For Client’s cancellation 5 days’ notice is required and alternative date will be offered where possible.

Sessions in natural environment may be cancelled due to rain or very strong wind but not overcast weather.

4. Model release/advertisement and promotion

The Photographer reserves the right to use all Photos for advertising purposes (including social media, website based advertising, leaflets, brochures, galleries, magazine articles and competitions).

5. Coverage and reproduction

For event and wedding photography the Photographer will endeavour to capture every moment, however (because of the nature of the event) it is not possible to record every moment (eg. logistic reasons). During church ceremony (or at other venues) the Photographer’s positions, movements, photography lighting can be restricted or prohibited by person in charge – the Photographer will not take responsibility for any obstructed view. The Client is advised to check beforehand with appropriate person/official in charge.

Computer monitors vary and it is understood the images may appear differently on each monitor or print.

The Photographer cannot be held responsible for the quality of printed images provided by third parties or faded prints over time.

6. Data protection

The Photographer shall store Client’s names and contact details privately and will not share with any companies or individuals.

The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.
